What form of organization makes the most sense for my project? How can I employ someone and what responsibilities does this entail? What are important points that should be regulated contractually, and which insurances are recommended? Production managers Lukas Piccolin and Aline Stäheli address these questions and give an overview of the most important areas that come into play as an employer in the cultural field.

Aline Stäheli was co-director of artFAQ until summer 2024 and was active in consulting on production issues. As a theater professional, she works in the areas of directing, theater pedagogy and production and has been realizing projects in the independent scene since 2017, including site-specific and theme-based piece developments. She completed her training at the Zurich University of the Arts, where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Theater Pedagogy and a Master of Arts in Theater, Lead Artist.

Lukas Piccolin has been working as a recording/production manager for various film productions since 1994. Since Expo 2002 he has also worked as a production manager for various independent Swiss theater groups such as kraut_produktionen / Michel Schröder, First Cut Productions / Phil Hayes, KMUproduktionen / Tim Zulauf, Proberaum Zukunft / Sarah Verny, Marcel Grissmer, Nikolai Prawdzic and others.
